DO YOU NEED TO HAVE A CERTAIN LEVEL TO TRAIN?

No! Everyone is capable of training at their own level, as long as they have the desire!

I will support you step by step to achieve the goals set together, at your own pace and adapting to your daily life.

Progress comes through work but also rest and listening to yourself.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS AND EXPERIENCED ATHLETES?

A beginner will naturally begin with an adaptation phase and a very gradual evolution of intensity and mileage load .

CAN WE ACCESS OUR ONLINE COURSES AT ANY TIME?

Yes! Thanks to the NOLIO app and/or website, you can access your scheduled workouts for the coming week(s).

It's very simple and fun and I will have the opportunity to support you during the start!
